Here, we will be reviewing HTC desire 700 smartphone. It is a Dual-Sim smartphone, powered with android operating system. The Desire 700 is the third, and most advanced in the HTC desire series. The smartphone comes in black color.

In this article, we will tell you the specifications of HTC Desire 700, we will talk about the main features of this smartphone. We will also tell you about the disadvantages in this phone and to what smartphones will it be competing. So let’s begin.

Specifications Of HTC Desire 700

HTC Desire 700 supports 2G and 3G network. 2G (GSM 900-1900 for SIM 1 and SIM 2), 3g (HDSPA 850-2100 for SIM 1). It supports DATA GPRS, EDGE, Speed HSDPA, HSUPA, WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, and Bluetooth.

Its Dimensions are 145.5 mm x 72 mm x 10.3 mm. It is taller than it’s other competitors. It Weighs 149 Gram, which is not quite heavy as compared to other counterparts.

HTC Desire 700 Touchscreen

HTC Desire 700 has Capacitive Touch and supports 16 Million colors. The screen size is 540 x 960 pixels. It is 5 Inch screen with around 220 ppi pixel density. HTC desire 700 also supports muti-touch.


Sound Alert like Vibration, MP3, WAV ringtones are also supported in this smartphone. It has loudspeaker with stereo speakers. The speakers come with built-in amplifiers. The audio jack is default 3.5mm.


Desire 700 has microSD memory card slot which is expandable upto 64GB. The Internal memory isn’t bad either. It has 8GB internal memory. The RAM inside this smartphone is 1GB.

HTC Desire 700 CAMERA

The Primary camera is 8 MP and takes a photo of  3264 x 2448 pixels. The camera comes with autofocus and LED flash. Some other camera features are, Touch focus, face detection, geotagging HD video recording and image recording. The video output is of 1080p @ 30fps.The secondary camera is of 2.1 MP.


The CPU is quad code with 1.2 GHz. html5 browser support. Radio TBD. inbuilt GPS with A-GPS support. Also, it comes with java support via java midp emulator.


The battery is Li-Po 2100 mAh battery. It gives Stand-by time in 2G network  Up to 582 h and talk time of Up to 11 h 40 min in 2G network.
